We are certain at this stage you have been immersed with communications about the COVID-19 outbreak and declaration of a global pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO).

As an essential business in Canada, Frontline Machinery is continuing to serve our customers while following the guidance of the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as local health authorities to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

The health and safety of our employees, customers and local communities is of upmost importance and we are committed to doing what we can to keep our facilities safe for everyone while maintaining the ability to provide essential services support.  

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

ARE YOUR BRANCHES STILL OPEN?

Our branches are open and operating at full capacity including parts and services. In order to avoid physical contact, we are recommending customers place orders by phone or via email. If you would like to come into our branches, we are happy and able to serve you.

ARE YOU STILL OFFERING FIELD SUPPORT SERVICES?

Yes, our field services technicians are providing on-site support, repairs and diagnostics, and able to travel domestically.  We have implemented specific safety measures and health practices with our field technicians to reduce the risk of exposure.

AM I ABLE TO ORDER OR PICK UP PARTS?

Our stocking parts inventory is vast and available for immediate shipment. We encourage direct shipments to avoid contact, however, if your preference is to pick up parts at one of our branches, we are offering contact-less curbside parts pick-up services.

CAN I ORDER OR PURCHASE A NEW MACHINE?

Most definitely. We have many new and used inventory in inventory to chose from including crushers, screeners, grinders, shredders, and stacking conveyors. Should you wish to order a new or custom machine from the factory, an order can be placed, however, some factories are unable to provide firm delivery dates at this time.  

Servicing our customers and keeping our communities safe is our top priority. We are working hard to continue delivering on our promise of providing exceptional equipment support while following all health and operational guidelines set forth in our local communities.
