Concrete and asphalt, whether contaminated or not, needs a heavy-duty machine to break it down from buildings and roadways into reusable products. To make this safe, efficient, and sustainable, Frontline Machinery offers demolition companies a full line of crushing and screening equipment, including track-mounted jaw and impact crushing plants for the best reshaping and separation of contaminated debris and rubble including the production of RAP (reclaimed asphalt pavement).
Mobile crushing equipment is ideal for concrete and asphalt recycling as each machine is tracked-mounted for portability for easy relocation around a single job site or transportation to multiple job sites.
In addition to crushing and screening equipment for C&D applications, Frontline has a full line of shredding, grinding, and material handling equipment capable of handling a variety of materials produced in construction and demolition applications.
For a wide selection of jobs and sites, Frontline Machinery offers the easily transportable and fuel-efficient Keestrack R3 impact crusher, fully equipped with a magnetic separator, after screen, and return conveyor belt with an output of 250 tonnes per hour. For a slightly higher capacity, the Keestrack R5 impact crusher gives one of the best cost-per-tons in the market at 400 tph.
To separate tough recycled concrete, our selection of screeners include some of the highest performing and most reliable machines on the market today. The Keestrack K4 and Keestrack K6 are proven to be two of the toughest screening plants with exceptional fuel economy and user-friendly controls. Great access to screen and wear parts and user-friendly controls make the K4 and K6 easy to maintain. To take the process further, enhance the screening with the S5 Stacker for increased mobility and material throughput.
When faced with highly contaminated wood feeds, the CBI Magnum Force 6400CT is an extreme-duty machine engineered for resilience, versatility. The solid steel rotor brute rotor option, with (20) 6”x8” striker plates, is ideal for grinding contaminated railroad ties, municipal solid waste, and demolition debris.
For large-scale shredding applications, the high capacity Ecotec TDS twin shaft slow-speed shredder takes shredding to the next level and is suitable for all types of material including household waste, bulky waste, commercial waste, green waste, waste wood, tree stumps, and roots.
The hydrostatic drive offers protection against contamination and allows for bi-directional shredding, while independent gearboxes enable each shaft to be run separately, helping to reduce wrappage and improve the shredding of material.
