High-performance screen drive
The unique flex shaft screen drive on the CRS820C screening plant features a static V-belt drive helping prevent belt slippage and permanently lubricated flex shaft joints that require no ongoing maintenance. For improved transport, it folds for travel without the need for shaft disassembly, guard removal, or v-belt adjustment.
Superior belt system
The CRS820C is equipped with a 3-ply vulcanized conveyor belt with Cema C class belt components and guide idlers, Class II gearboxes, and reinforced shaft seals that resist blow-out.
Integrated feed conveyor
The integrated feeder conveyors on the CRS820C portable screener help assure a proper screen alignment while providing a smaller system footprint reducing set-up, tear-down, and transportation costs and time.
Transport friendly
The CRS820C comes standard with a tandem axle spring suspension with multiple axle configurations available to meet a variety of road regulations. The walkways fold providing a transport height of under 12′.
