Keestrack B6 Jaw Crusher
Heavy-duty quarry jaw crusher for primary crushing in aggregate production applications
Equipped with a fully automatic feed system, hydraulic adjustment, and user-friendly controls with great maintenance access and replacement of wear parts, the Keestrack B6 mobile jaw crusher is ideal for primary crushing of medium and hard applications.
The B6 Jaw Crusher is designed with a large independent 2-deck vibrating pre-screen, reducing wear and tear on the crushing chamber by removing fines from the material before entering the crusher and ultimately extending the lifespan of the machine. Low emission engine coupled with load-sensing hydraulics reduces fuel consumption by up to 25%, helping minimize the environmental impact of the operation.
Like all jaw crushers of Keestrack, the advanced patented Non-Stop System protects the crusher from uncrushable material by automatically opening the jaw to allow the obstruction to pass and resetting the C.S.S. back to its original position ensuring a smooth uninterrupted crush.

Steel hydraulic lines
Steel Hydraulic lines are used throughout the crusher. Offering many benefits including increased strength, improved safety, easier repairability and better heat distribution, these steel hydraulic lines improve the lifespan of the oils used in the crusher.
Fuel efficient
The B6 jaw crusher features load sensing hydraulics which offers upwards to 20 – 30% in fuel savings compared to traditional diesel-driven crushers. The system automatically detects where hydraulic power is needed in the machine and adjusts accordingly. Fuel savings are achieved by reducing load when it is not required.
Automatic wear recovery
The automatic jaw wear recovery system checks the set CSS of the crusher every 50 hours and readjusts it to the correct CSS. This process can also be done manually ensuring consistent quality and sized crushed end product.
Non-stop system (NSS)
The NSS (Non-stop overload safety system) is a hydraulic and electronic safety protection system that guarantees continuous production and protects the machine from uncrushable feeds. If a large unbreakable piece enters the crushing chamber, the jaw opens automatically and resets itself to the original setting.
